Overview
What Is the XL Touch?
The XL Touch is the XL model built for operator interaction: a 7″ projected-capacitive industrial touchscreen (1,000-nit LED backlight, readable on the floor) sits on the device itself, so operators log down reasons, enter reject quantities and start jobs right at the machine no separate HMI or terminal.
Like every XL device, it’s an edge computer: data lives on the device and is served across your own network, any HDMI display becomes a plant-floor scoreboard, and most lines are live in about 4–8 hours with no servers and no software to install. A Production State Indicator glows green, red, amber or blue so the line’s state is visible at a distance.
