XL HD+ includes an HDMI 1.4 port, so you can connect any size plant-floor scoreboard. It automatically generates clear, contextual visuals optimised for operators.
When the line is running, the scoreboard shows current state, how long you’ve been in it, one to five KPIs of your choice, a live chronogram of the shift, the part and the time.
When the line is not running, the focus shifts to recovery — XL HD+ flags planned events (changeovers, breaks) and unplanned events (running slowly, down) with clear visuals.
