When the line is running, the scoreboard shows current state, how long you’ve been in it, one to five KPIs of your choice, a live chronogram of the shift, the part and the time.

When the line is not running, the focus shifts to recovery — XL HD+ flags planned events (changeovers, breaks) and unplanned events (running slowly, down) with clear visuals.

What is the XL HD+?

A compact edge-computing appliance that captures, stores, analyses and reports production data in real time, turning one or two sensors into live OEE, downtime and performance insight.

How does the XL HD+ work?

Connect power and one or two sensors to the line. XL HD+ reads the signal, calculates 140+ metrics, and serves a browser-based dashboard plus any HDMI scoreboard on your network — no servers to maintain.

What sensors are recommended?

Most lines use a simple cycle/part sensor. XL HD+ also accepts photo-eye, relay, PLC or proximity inputs. ACI helps you choose and place the right sensor during setup.

How long does setup take?

A typical line is running in about 4–8 hours, including sensor placement and configuration.

Where is the data stored?

On the XL HD+ device itself — it stores and analyses data locally and serves it across your own network, so you keep full control.

Do I need to install software or involve IT?
