The ACI Smart Factory Platform

OEE IntelliSuite — OEE Software That Turns Production Data Into Action

Smarter factory operations — beyond data capture.

OEE IntelliSuite is three connected apps — OEE Pulse, Work Tracker, and OEE Explorer — that turn production data into daily improvement. It layers on your existing XL, PLC, MES, ERP and SQL systems, on-premise or in the cloud.

OEE IntelliSuite dashboards

What is OEE IntelliSuite?

An operational layer, not just a report

IntelliSuite is a set of connected software applications that turn production data into daily improvement. It goes beyond traditional OEE tools by linking five things most systems keep apart.

Machine performance

Live OEE, downtime, speed and quality pulled straight from your equipment — no manual entry.

Jobs & schedules

What’s running, what’s next, and how each line is tracking against the plan in real time.

Operators & teams

The people behind the numbers, adding the context only they can — right at the source.

Comments & workflows

Reasons, notes and actions captured in the flow of work, so nothing gets lost between shifts.

ERP / MES / business systems

Orders, BOMs and master data joined to what’s actually happening on the floor.

One operational layer

Put together, that’s the difference: not just reporting, but a live layer you actually run the floor on.

The Foundation

The three factors behind OEE

OEE is the single best metric for finding losses and improving productivity. It combines three simple factors into one honest number.

A

Availability

Accounts for planned and unplanned stops. 100% means the process is always running during planned production time.

P

Performance

Accounts for slow cycles and small stops. 100% means the process runs as fast as it possibly can.

Q

Quality

Accounts for defects and rework. 100% means only Good Parts are being produced.

OEE

Overall

Accounts for all losses. 100% means only Good Parts, as fast as possible, with no stop time.

Availability × Performance × Quality = OEE

The Products

Three connected products, one platform

Use them together or start with one. Each adds a layer — visibility, accountability, then deep analysis — on top of the data you already have.

01 / OEE Pulse

OEE Pulse

Real-time production monitoring and alerts

Pulse is the live nerve centre of your floor — one dashboard for every line and machine, with alerts the moment something needs attention, on shopfloor TVs, desktops, or phones.

Key features

  • Unified dashboard across lines & machines
  • End-of-job prediction & run-to-schedule
  • TV-ready display rotation for the floor
  • Real-time alerts on downtime & reasons
  • Email, SMS, Teams, Slack, Discord
  • ERP integration & contextual data
  • Mobile access (iOS, Android, tablets)
  • Runs inside your firewall (secure by design)

Work Tracker — operator entering job data on the line

02 / Work Tracker

Work Tracker

Connect operators, jobs and accountability to production

Work Tracker ties jobs and people to the production data — so every shift, job, and downtime reason is captured and accountable, without spreadsheets or guesswork.

Key features

  • Job import from ERP, DBs, APIs or Excel
  • Multi-level employee tracking
  • Real-time job & shift dashboards
  • Reason capture via tablet, HMI or scanner
  • Comments, job controls & workflow
  • Time tracking per employee, job & shift
  • Flexible deployment (on-prem or cloud)

03 / OEE Explorer

OEE Explorer

Advanced dashboards and manufacturing analytics

Explorer is where data becomes decisions — fully customisable dashboards and deep analysis, from a single operator view all the way up to plant management.

Key features

  • Custom dashboards (no coding required)
  • 40+ visualisations (OEE, TEEP, losses)
  • Deep analysis of production & losses
  • Role-based dashboards (operator → mgmt)
  • Integrates with MES, ERP & PLC
  • On-prem or cloud deployment

Why use IntelliSuite?

Most factories already collect data

The data isn’t the problem — turning it into action is. That’s the gap IntelliSuite closes.

The real challenge

Data alone changes nothing

  • Connecting data to reality on the shopfloor
  • Making it genuinely actionable
  • Linking machines to people and decisions

IntelliSuite adds

The missing layer

  • Workflow — the steps that turn data into action
  • Context — jobs, people and reasons
  • Alerts — the right signal at the right moment
  • Real-time visibility everyone trusts

Key benefits

What changes once it’s in

  • Faster reaction to downtime and issues
  • Better link between machine & operator actions
  • Improved shift handover and communication
  • More structured use of data in daily management
  • Scalable from one line to multiple sites

For Whom?

Who IntelliSuite is built for

If you already collect production data but struggle to act on it, you’re exactly who this is for.

Plant managers

Faster reaction to losses, with the whole site visible at a glance.

Operations managers

Visibility across every line, not just one machine or one report.

Lean / CI teams

Deeper analysis to find — and prove — the next improvement.

Existing OEE users

Add the context and workflow your current OEE tool is missing.

Make-more teams

More parts from the same lines, people, and shifts.

System connectors

Manufacturers wanting to join ERP, MES and shopfloor data.

How does it work?

Three steps, from signal to action

No rip-and-replace. IntelliSuite layers onto what you already run, then makes it useful.

Step 1

Connect data

Bring in signals from whatever you already run on the floor.

  • PLC signals & sensors
  • Existing OEE systems (like Vorne)
  • Databases & ERP / MES

Step 2

Add context & workflow

Layer the human and business context on top of the raw numbers.

  • Jobs and schedules
  • Operators and shifts
  • Downtime reasons, comments & alerts

Step 3

Turn into action

Watch, act, and analyse — across the three products.

  • Real-time dashboards (Pulse)
  • Operator interaction (Work Tracker)
  • Deep analysis & reporting (Explorer)

Integration Possibilities

A layer on top of what you already run

IntelliSuite is flexible and not tied to one system. It connects with the tools and data sources you already depend on.

Vorne XL systems

PLC-based environments

MES systems

ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

SQL databases (Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)

APIs & custom integrations

MQTT / OPC environments

Power BI & other reporting tools

This makes it a powerful layer on top of your existing systems — not a replacement for them.

Pricing

Pricing & 45-Day Free Trial

Pricing depends on your deployment (on-premise or cloud), the number of lines and sites, and which of the three products you start with. As the European partner, ACI quotes in EUR with local terms — and every engagement can start with a 45-day free trial (vs the standard 30 days).

FAQ

OEE IntelliSuite FAQ

What is OEE IntelliSuite?

A set of three connected software applications — OEE Pulse, Work Tracker and OEE Explorer — that turn production data into real operational improvement by linking machines, jobs, operators and business systems in one layer.

Does it replace our existing OEE system or MES?

No. It’s a layer on top of what you already run — Vorne XL systems, PLC environments, MES, ERP (SAP, Oracle and others), SQL databases, APIs, MQTT/OPC and Power BI — not a replacement.

Does it work with Vorne XL devices?

Yes, natively. It extends XL data with job tracking, operator context, real-time alerts and fully customisable analytics — a common next step for plants already running XL devices.

Can it run on-premise?

Yes. Deployment is flexible: on-premise inside your own firewall, or in the cloud. Your data stays under your control either way.

What alerts does OEE Pulse support?

Real-time alerts based on downtime, state and reason codes, delivered by email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, Slack or Discord — plus TV-ready dashboards for the floor and mobile access on iOS and Android.

What can OEE Explorer visualise?

40+ visualisation types covering OEE, TEEP, downtime and losses, in role-based dashboards from operator level up to plant management — built without coding.
