Questions

Before You Enrol

Who should attend?

Foundation is for the people who run the line every day operators, supervisors, process owners, engineering, and CI/Lean. Advanced is aimed at process owners, CI/Lean, engineering, and production management. We help you pick the right mix when we scope the program.

Is it on-site or remote?

Foundation can be delivered on-site or hybrid. For Advanced we recommend on-site, because the most valuable work happens standing at a real line with real data.

How long does it take?

Foundation runs 1.5–2 days and Advanced 2–3 days. Many teams do Foundation first, then Advanced once the data is trusted and daily habits are in place.

What do we need ready?

Ideally a live XL / XL810 line so we can train on your own data. If you’re not fully set up yet, we adapt and the Performance Audit is a good first step.

Does the training rank or score operators?

No. This is a process-improvement program, not a people-evaluation tool no league tables, no people ranking, no “best/worst operator” views.

What results can we expect?

Based on comparable regulated manufacturing sites, teams typically see a 10–25% performance improvement, reduced downtime and speed losses, more reliable OEE data, and stronger daily-management discipline. Your results depend on your starting point and follow-through.
