An electronic component manufacturer had a production line running well below its potential, with efficiency losses that were hard to see and even harder to act on in the moment.
After putting the Vorne XL platform in place, the line’s real-time efficiency became visible to everyone on the floor. Within a short time, efficiency climbed from 75% to 95%, and the team began rolling displays out to other lines.
