Value-Added Management Advice, on the Floor
ACI is a consultancy for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Since 1997 we’ve supported organisations to reduce cost, eliminate waste and increase value for customers using lean management, lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, QRM and TPM. In short: value-added management advice, delivered where the work happens.
What sets us apart is that every coach brings at least 15 years of hands-on experience in their domain. That’s why our approach makes performance improvements of 15 to 70% possible not on a slide, but on your line.

ACI is founded and led by Dierik Rotsaert, who has spent his career helping manufacturers turn improvement theory into shop-floor results. It’s a deliberately senior, hands-on model: when you work with ACI, you work directly with experienced people who have run these projects for decades.
